Hi, I’m Ruchir Shah, an entrepreneur using technology to make hard topics fun.

I started EZ Comics and used educational comics to spread cultural awareness. We worked with KIPP and the US State Department to spread 10,000 comics to 16 countries.

I founded LearnToDrill and built gamified animations to train oil rig workers. Large industry players – including Halliburton and BP – are now clients, and we’re building to a world without oil spills.

Now, I’m working on SkillCat, building a simulated hiring platform for skilled trade workers. We’re helping 25,000 laid-off workers reskill for new careers.
